* We currently ship our product within the UK and to the most of the countries world wide. Parcels are delivered by Evri (Hermes) & Royal Mail courier services.

• Next day delivery £3.29 (UK only)
• Free International delivery for orders above £100 or more  
• Cost of International delivery calculated at the check out 

Please note that shipping is excluded to the following locations: 

BT – Northern Ireland, HS – Outer Hebrides, IM – Isle of Man, ZE – Shetland Islands, IV – Inverness, KW – Kirkwall.

Once your item is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.  

Returns 

Due to the intimate nature of the product, lingerie cannot be returned or exchanged. However, our aim is to provide you with the best quality of lingerie possible. If you feel one of our products doesn’t meet that standard, then please do not hesitate to contact us via email at info@lyzawear.com. We respond to all messages within 72 hours.
