Shipping / Delivery

At Lyzawear, we aim to process your order within 1 working day (excluding weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays). Any order placed after 1pm will be shipped the following working day. Once your parcel is dispatched via Royal Mail from London, delivery times will vary based on your location.

If you require next day or express delivery, please reach out to us directly, and we will do our best to accommodate your request at an additional cost.

Delivery Aim:

• The UK & Europe: 3-5 Working Days
• Worldwide: 6-7 Working Days

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your item has been dispatched. All deliveries are sent using a tracked service.

Please note that all orders are sent and estimated on working days. UK Public/Bank holidays may affect your expected delivery date. Customs clearance processes in the destination country may also delay orders, but any customs duties are covered by Lyzawear, ensuring a seamless experience for you.

Once an order is dispatched, we kindly do not accept any cancellations. Should a shipment be undeliverable at the destination due to reasons such as incorrect address provided, multiple failed delivery attempts, or otherwise, the parcel may be abandoned at the destination country at the recipient's responsibility.
