Returns
We hope you love your Lyzawear purchase, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a return policy to ensure your satisfaction.
Eligibility: We accept returns for bras that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged and in their original packaging. Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns for knickers.
Return Process: To initiate a return for eligible items, please contact us at info@lyzawear.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 2 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@lyzawear.com.
Exchanges: If you need a different size or style for an eligible item, please indicate this in your return request, and we will do our best to accommodate your exchange.
Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
